Absolutely terrible service. Like really bad. I requested an item transported interstate and unfortunately the store I bought it from gave me incorrect weight and dimensions after I had prepaid for the courier service. Progress couriers refused to give me a refund for the significantly smaller item even though I called within an hr to alter the booking. Further that they provided no tracking information and no tax invoice despite saying they could three times and then it never came. Also during email communication they were exceptionally rude and infact had a dig at my enquiries... highly uncalled for and unprofessional. They also outsource to Northline for interstate so try going through them direct. I'll never use them again and I highly recommend you reading this doesn't either.Zero stars
