This company not only failed to delivery the flowers I ordered within the same day, they also took my billing address to be my delivery address. When I phoned and requested the flowers now be delivered to a home address instead of the hospital they tried to charge me a delivery fee despite this being their mistake. The man on the phone was incredibly rude. When I refused to pay the delivery fee he refused to process the order.
