- Significantly protracted timetable. - Composite stone benchtop cut too short leaving a 7mm gap by the sink. - Multiple visible, open drill holes in cabinet by wet areas. - Kickboards nearly 1cm too short leaving all screws visible. - One cupboard door fell off within a couple of days due to incorrect screws being used by the factory - damaging new oak floor and dishwasher door. - Painted doors not primed or cured sufficiently and so showing excessive chipping. - Front loaded payment schedule leaves no chance for financial recourse. - Owner is aware but not interested in rectifying the defects.
