When it came down to the last moments, unfortunately it was the dollar figure that caused us to go another way as we are only able to stretch our budget so far however if it were to be based purely on your efforts and excellent communication you were certainly well above the standard measure. We would like to express our great satisfaction throughout the last week with your dedication and urgency as well as our appreciation to go the extra mile which we have not experienced a great deal during the process.
