A large company who do not take responsibility when they make mistakes. I had dealt with structerre for 3 years as it was hard to find someone else and they dominate the market as far as simple works go. I stopped dealing with them due to their lack of professionalism where on a few occasions they would charge extra when they made a mistake and would not take ownership. They hold your plans to ransom to squeeze an extra few hundred dollars out of you. Stay away!
