Using Allways removals to transport my furniture interstate was the worst mistake I have ever made. Firstly, they told me that they would pick up my furniture at 10am on a Saturday morning and didn't end up arriving until 1am. They then proceeded to insist I pay cash on pick up and couldn't issue a receipt. They dropped off my furniture at 3am a few days later with one box missing, one box smashed and the contents damaged. The front wheel of my retro bike had been forced and twisted around the wrong way and the frame scratched and breaks ruined. There were black oil stains on some of my clothing that had been packed inside a box. They ended up finding my missing box of books weeks later. After I called every few days insisting that they had lost some of my things. The box was left out in the sun and all the books sun damaged, dirty and wet. They were extremely unprofessional and refused to take any responsibility for the damage they had caused to all my things. Very stressful - never again!
