We encountered a problem at first with setting up the cleaning but after their owner, contacted me he made certain to make it right. Deluxe Mattress Cleaning Team members came over and did a very thorough work with the mattress and box spring, took about 1 hour. The mattress gets wet but Deluxe Mattress Cleaning assured it was only at the outside and would dry within 6-8 hours.
