Very poor end result and damage to property. BioSeptic have taken no responsibility of the poor workmanship which includes; insufficient backfilling and not to Australian Standards; damage to retaining walls to several different areas not even directly near the tank locations; decommissioning of existing tank was extremely poor needing it to be dug up again (by others) to bury completely as hazard to family and animals; very poor levelling on completion; verbal agreements not honoured; incomplete trenching for electrical works. Stay away!! Need option for zero star..
