Probably the carpet that was originally layed a few months back by the pros were not stretched properly as a result of which it became loose at no time. Those pros were actually in a hurry and they didn't even use the correct tool for re stretching the carpet. Thanks to Perth Carpet Master for getting my carpet re stretching job done properly and making me understand the reasons behind the loose carpet.
