DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I was overcharged by an extra day and have been waiting since mid august for a refund of $37.00. Doesn't sound like much but when you are constantly calling two numbers which pretty much lead to the same number, you can't leave a voicemail and no one ever picks up. The person STEVE who I have been arguing with has absolutely no professional customer service. TWICE now I have been hung up on the phone whilst trying to explain what the problem is. More recently I was hung up on today when chasing up my refund and had to raise my voice as he spoke over me. I was then sent an email "We advise that this has been attended to and have found that was debited as a second amount that is not normally done this way. The $37 should already be with you but has been processed in any event. We do not not need anymore of your offensive phone calls to our staff and suggest that these cease immediately" I have a massive email trail proving this company do not respond to your issues which should be handled within a few days. I have also escalated this to Fair Trading but they have also received no responses.
