My carpets looked amazing afterwards. They were so nasty and gross I just wanted to rip them completely up, but instead I called John. He came, spent and hour and even did the hallway outside my apartment!! That is full service and attention to detail. It was 100% worth it to do business with him. He was prompt, communicative, honest and the work was impeccable. I just had guests up and THEY NOTICED! My place feels like a new apartment.
