Looove my pool but have had issues with after sales assistance and abrasive emails. They had us in tears today when we sought advice re the pool we bought from them in 08 and what might be causing little air holes in the vinyl and the appearance of boltheads visible under the vinyl. Was told they are ALWAYS visible but i sure have never seen them before and no suggestion or advice re the little air pockets. I was then told to go local a d get new vinyl at my own expense. I hadnt even got to that point. I had thought they supplied labour but are adamant they did not so have no idea who to seek advice from down here. When i first bought the pool they supplied a malfunctioning salt water chlorinator. I love my pool manufactured by Sterns but Atlantis omg, this single mum who tries to do everything for herself, ask anybody, has had no assistance re after sales service from Atlantis Pools.
