Do not build with these people. Turned my dream into a nightmare. Almost made me lose my block because they did not get my plans done as agreed so I could get uncondition finance aporoval for developers; their upgradesare approximately 200% on top of the retail prices of their suppliers; they tried to charge additional charges for bonds to cover their damage even though contract requires them to imdemnify owner against damages; they laid my slab wrong; they buried rubbish on my site and have delayed progress on my house by trying to avoid responsibility for their errors. I have had to pay an extra $550 for engineer report more than $1000 getting legal advice and now have to go to building commission to get things fixed. Unprofessional and dodgy practices. Avoid at all costs.
