I would leave a score of -5 if possible. This woman is a con artist and a rip off merchant. She told me that 98% of the hairs on my chin would not grow back, and those that did would be fine. In fact all grew back, worse than ever. When I asked for a refund (she charges over $1 per minute CASH ONLY NO RECEIPT) she said she would give it to me and then told me that she had not put in writing that 98% of the hairs would not grow back. OF COURSE SHE DIDN'T. Stay away from this crook. Buy your own home electrolysis kit for a fraction of what it will cost you to keep going back to her without results. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN.
