Horrible experience with the rental department. Maintenance reports never being completed, constant communication issues, bad customer service and never caring or sympathizing with any ongoing issues. Have been renting this property for two months now and hardly anything is getting done and when it does it can take over a month to have it finalised. Never rent through Century 21 Pakenham otherwise all you will deal with is constant issues which never get resolved.
