Alan dropped in to help us with a possum issue. He was very thorough inspecting the roof for access points. After finding the entry/exit point and securing one possum remained in the roof. He returned free of charge to resolve. Very happy with his service and advice. What a legend.
Rang in the morning and Alan arrived, on time, the same day. Really knew his business and quickly identified the problem (possum and rats). I was impressed with the fact that he made sure the possums were taken care of before dealing with the rats. Friendly and professional.
The service was speedy and great. The exterminator was very nice and genuine. Only con was the total price at $295. Would of been better if it was around $250 but overall I’m happy with the service. And waiting to see if the mice and rats leave in the next week.
