Luke Smith and Platinum Home improvements are scammers. He is not a professional roofer he quotes jobs and gets contractors to fulfill the job. But as soon as you pay your deposit and issues arise. He stops answering calls and stops turning up and leaves your house in a worse state than what it was. He put 10 works hours into our roof restoration and took just under $5000 to cause more problems than when we started. I have not seen or heard from Luke since water leaked in our house on day 2 of our repair in multiple spots. He is not honest and refuses to fix his mistakes. I had to get another contractor to complete the works after waiting 1 month for Luke to turn up. He has stolen our deposit and cost me more than i budgeted for so please be warned. SCAMMER
