I stayed here for a week with 2 of my mates in November and had a really good time. We had a late flight and we picked the globe because of it's 24 hour reception. We stayed in a mixed 16 bed which was $179 for the week. We thought it was pretty cheap comapared to other hostels we looked at. Location is great, seconds from the city centre. The rooms are cleaned daily aswell as the single use showers. The kitchen and dining area is huge and all cutlery and cooking facilities are complimentary, which was great as other backpackers i've stayed at you have to pay for use. Hostel has a great vibe, staff are also friendly. Would defanitly recommend to friends.
