I went in looking for a new TV & Home Theatre setup and was helped by one of the sales guys, he helped me through which setups they had to offer, even demo'd the new LG I was interested in.
But then the "store manager" (Tom I believe his name was) rudely interuppted my conversation with the salesman trying to push me into a rental contract and telling me what I wanted was an inferior Sony product & sending his salesman away for no apparent reason, thus undoing ALL the hard work his subordinate had done.
Not only did this belittle his sales team & alienate the customer, it lost him the sale. How can such an egotistical moron run a store? & how do his staff let him treat him like that?
Good sales team, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT
