Beware of this realtor! Simon the owner is very rude and unprofessional. He used to be an agent for my investment property and was always slow in transferring the rent into my account. He even refused to send me a summary of my rental income and now I can't do my tax return until I can get this piece of statement. Very frustrating dealing with this agent.
Do not use them if you could help it!!
