Absolutely horrible service and horrible competency. This real estate company cares nothing about its tenants and will inconvenience you in a whim for their gain. They do not keep their promises (forcing you to move out whenever they wish while you're still on lease, despite promising you didn't initially have to, promising to call when they do inspections and then doing the inspections without you present) this is just 2 of many dodgy things they try to do, to extort you of your bond money. Claiming the house is dirtier than it really is, claiming bond for wear and tear. Enforcing lease agreements that go against the Tenancy Act. Everything about this Real Estate just screams 'avoid at all cost'. Everything they've ever done to my housemates and I have been dishonest. If you don't do what they tell you to do, they will try to screw you over, make your life hell and take your bond money. It's not worth renting a house with them, best to find another Real estate company.
