Dear Daniel and Stuart,
we've had our heating/cooling unit for a while now, and I just wanted to let you know we are really happy with it. It heats the whole house or just parts of it as required, it is fairly quiet, and very efficient at heating the house quickly when needed.
We have only used the cooling on a couple of occasions so far, but again it has performed way beyond our expectations.
Despite the hassles of additional boxing in, installing three phase power to the property, and lowering the ceiling of our bedroom to make it all fit, we both feel it was well worth the effort to get a system that does the job and does it well.
