I work for a well known and respected not-for-profit charity who recently bought an item from Northcote Tennis Centre Pty Ltd.
On opening the box, we discovered there were missing screws needed to assemble the item. On contacting John from Northcote Tennis Centre to report this, it was insinuated that we had lost the screws, (even though the packets in the box were still sealed from the manufacturer) and that we were reading the basic assembly instructions incorrectly.
After several phone calls following up this matter to obtain the item we paid for, we finally received replacement screws, however at no time did we receive an apology from John or an acknowledgment that it was in fact a manufacturing error.
Northcote Tennis Centre's website states they are a family business who have been operating for 70 years, however clearly they have learnt nothing about customer service in this time.
Will not be purchasing from Northocote Tennis Centre ever again.
