Here to shake up the game, get the empty canvas and fulfill it up using something new. We are making something out of nothing. We're Zero Mode. We've selected Box Hill to launch Zero Mode to pay homage to all of the taste that border us. Flavours applied with ingredients in methods that you would certainly have never thought. From Morning meal, Lunch Time, Dinner, Cocktails and Coffee, all modes are opened. Our method is vibrant, eclectic, unexpected. We'll grill fresh pineapple with woody cinnamon; blend up dragon fruit and bee pollen; two times cook our wagyu and serve it with sesame leaves and yuzu. Zero Mode was born out of a wish to produce something dynamic and eclectic to change the dining adventure via day to night. From night into dawn, so too do we offer unique fusion meals to tantalise the taste buds. Whether you're in early morning mode or evening mode, you're constantly in Zero Mode with us.
