We took our server and backup drive to Zero Alpha as all our family photos (10 years, including all our baby photos!) had been mysteriously deleted. They had the units for more than 6 weeks total, told us that the simple options didn't work and that they had to run more advanced software. Cost was $600 to run; $600 if they found anything. We paid the $600 in good faith and they said they couldn't find anything. My husband downloaded some software and found photos on the backup drive within 5 minutes. We then reconnected the server and found it had been totally wiped - operating system, everything. They are now refusing a refund and will not talk to us. No stars!!!
