Delivery time quoted 17/01/2019 by 17:00. Check status 17:29, waiting in front room on computer (most of the day), nothing, check surveillance cameras and Ring device has power, all good. Check status with their consignment portal. "Delivery information required" WTF!!
18/01/2019 Call them, confirm details. Response "Don't know what happened". My address is a 6 minute drive from their depot. I took the day off and have had to take another day off. They said the would call me back straight away......Still waiting...
