We offer over 40 classes at YogaBox each week, combining ancient and modern techniques and technologies for balance, strength, flexibility and power. Classes range from traditional yoga sequences to modern dance-inspired workouts. There are gentle, restorative yoga classes that work on stretching and flexing the body, strengthening joint stability and improving fascia (connective tissue) health, as well as more dynamic flowing yoga and hot yoga classes.
The studios also offer pilates, which is designed to flatten the abs and sculpt muscles, toning the entire body. Barre Attack is an innovative fitness program that is taking the world by storm, combining ballet and pilates for a total body workout on a classic ballet bar, targeting stubborn fat and problem areas. As a way of giving back to the community, YogaBox also runs ‘Karma Classes’, which can be attended for a gold coin donation. At the end of each month, the money raised is donated to a local charity.
