Springwood Garden is a restaurant that specialises in Vietnamese & Chinese cuisine. Ha grew up in Vietnam, the smell of her mother's cooking influenced her to open a restaurant to share the experience. She learnt from a young age that ingredients were very limited, her mother would use native herbs and spices that she could find to create a delicious dish that would have once been plain. Through this Ha learnt that it doesn't matter how limited ingredients, it was how you used them to bring out the flavour. Ha opened the Springwood Garden, to combined her cooking skills with Australia's native meats. The restaurant has a range of food to try from your normal beef, chicken & pork selections, all the way through to seafood and native kangaroo, bore & venison (from export quality). We even have vegetarian options to choose from as well. Springwood Garden offer Dine-in & Takeaway, plus they offer La carte or an all you can eat menu to choose from. They host various events/functions such as weddings, birthdays & conferences + can cater for any event you may want their delicious food at.
