With a tagline to ‘Expect The Unexpected,’ Soko brings a sophisticated and lively dining experience filled with drama and elevated style. Experimenting with traditional dishes, Soko uses a heavy mix of Peruvian & Japanese style cooking techniques, perfectly fusing and combining flavours to create a stylish tailor-made tasting menu. Expect dishes like ceviche, traditional lomito al jugo, yakitori, sashimi and Grade 9 Wagyu served with yuzu kosho created by a series of master, specialist Chef’s on each counter.
