- There are 8 undercover carparks and 4 other parks off street. On street parking is legal. There is a communal laundry facility with a coin operated washing machine and dryer available. The clothes line is also available. Sandy Court does not have air conditioning but does have many pedestal fans and ceiling fans are in some of the units.
