RoBne Capital Fund 1 is a hands-on Private Equity Fund focused on South East Queensland profitbale companies between $1- $5m EBITDA and growing. In terms of availability of capital, SEQ is an underserviced market for companies of this size and RoBne looks to deploy investors capital to work for portfolio companies in 3 distinct scenarios: Back the Entrepreneur, Buy-and-Build and Succession.
The Fund will adopt an active ESG strategy.
Alongside the Partners, Robbie van Beurden (KPMG M&A) and Ben Coombs (Elston, MLC, ING), have assembled a unique advisory board, including successful SEQ entrepreneurs Josh McEwan (MakeUp Cartel) & Peta Fielding (Burleigh Brewing) and for leadership and culture George Bailey (current Australian Cricket Team selector) to bring diverse perspectives and experience to the portfolio companies.
RoBne Capital Fund 1 is a closed ended fund currently that will look to raise $30m to invest in 3-5 portfolio companies.
We focus on businesses in South East Queensland, Queensland, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba.
