Ross Dwyer is the local owner and operator of R1 Building and Pest Inspections Port Macquarie and has worked in the mid north coast for over the last 20 years as a fully qualified carpenter and licensed builder under his company R1 Building and Renovations. With his experience and extended knowledge of the local and surrounding areas of Port Macquarie he now specialises in Building and Timber Pest Inspection Reports.
R1 Building and Pest Inspections has spent many years building new houses and renovating existing homes and we have direct experience in recognising major defects, diagnosing pest and termite damage, building defects, building rectification, building inspection and building diagnosis.
