Premier People Pty Ltd started as a ‘one man band’ with one individual who believed that ‘labour hire’ and work place training could be delivered to a higher standard.
Labour Hire doesn’t need to be a last resort, with a ‘bums on seats’ approach; ‘quantity over quality’ and profit maximisation through wage and cost cutting. People are NOT a disposable commodity and easily replaceable!
