We’re located in the heart of the business precinct, close to the action. 115-117 Pirie Street Adelaide is the newest Physio practice in the CBD. We're open Monday to Friday from 6.45AM until 7PM. The great news is we don’t just do Pilates, we cater for all your physiotherapy requirements, which may include:
- sporting injuries
- women’s health issues
- neck pain and stiffness including whiplash and wry neck
- back pain including disc injuries and pinched nerves, sciatica
- pre and post-natal conditions
- workplace injuries
- pre and post-operative rehabilitation treatment for arthritis

All of our physiotherapists use a manual treatment approach which may include joint mobilisation and manipulation, muscle stretches, neural mobilisation, massage and ultrasound.
