I was about to replace my carpets with the new one when I heard about the Oops Cleaning carpet cleaning but tell you what I have got what was promised. Oops Cleaning was awesome! They arrived about 5 minutes early and prepared to go to job. I thought they would just be giving me a quote for a cleaning, but when I asked them when they could do the job they said "How about now?" They took great care in cleaning my carpets, moving furniture and scrubbing the tough stains, all for a very inexpensive price....Thank you Oops Cleaning!!

We just had 3 carpets cleaned and one carpet repaired by Oops Cleaning Company and is quite happy with the results! The carpets look like new, and original color has been restored to the two older carpets. The bill was exactly what we had been quoted earlier, and pickup and delivery met the 2 hour windows as promised. Perhaps they have turned a new leaf after reading some of the earlier reviews. I would highly recommend them at this point.
