Moving Again

I have to say a great big thank you to the entire team at Moving Again, their office staff were efficient, informative and very friendly given how stressed we were with the whole move. I couldn't imagine going with anyone else. They calmed me right down time and time again when it was all getting a bit much for me to handle! To boost the drivers were fantastic, clean, polite and very friendly, made them lunch and a few cups of coffee and tea to say thanks. I recommend them to all my friends/family if anyone ever moves!!

Hi Guys, Well we have arrived on the Sunny Gold Coast (better than Melbourne) without a drama. You arranged my move so professionally that I never had a doubt in my mind that there would be any. Thanks for all your help.

These guys are great. My wife was very stressed about moving all the way from Darwin to Brisbane for my work. The move went smoothly without a hitch. So we are all happy. Thanks to all the staff at Moving Again for arranging our move with such short notice. Much appreciated..

Just a quick note to say a big Thankyou to the staff at Moving Again for the wonderful job they did arranging my move from the Gold Coast to Perth. The customer service from the staff was second to none. They alleviated any worries I had. The removalists were also polite and professional and did a great job. My goods were delivered to Perth without any damage. My friends are moving next month so I know who I will be recommending to them. I can not Thankyou enough.

My moving experience with Moving Again can only be described as fantastic. I hadn't moved interstate before so it was all new to me.You couldnt ask for more competent polite staff who answered all my questions, even the silly ones :))) The pickup in Sydney went smoothly and the guys were also very polite and helpful. It was the same in at delivery in Adelaide. I will be recommending your company to all of my friends.

I have moved around Australia many times for work. The latest was for my move to Sydney to Melbourne. My usual removalist couldnt fit me in so I went on the hunt for a new one. I asked for many quotes and found that a lot of the companies never got back to me. However Moving Again emailed me the quote within a couple of hours. I decided then that this was the company I wanted to use. I am glad I did. Everything went smoothly the communication and staff were great. My goods were delivered with no damages and in a timeframe I was happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Guys.

Absolutely horrific.... By far the worst movers I have ever come across.... Please bear in mind if anything goes wrong with your furniture all they do is say we are just dealers and we have nothing to do with the moving companies..... And they also have the audacity to hang up on you while you are placing a complaint. Our movers were 46 hrs late for pick and 5 days late for delivery and when contacted moving again for answers THEY HAD NONE.... At the end the furniture could still not get delivered at our house due to non communication between moving again and the drivers that they contracted and we ended up taking our furniture to storage. Moving again did not even have the courtesy to pay for our storage or organize an alternative. And to top it all three items were in a damaged condition. I would never recommend these people to anyone and what was meant to be a pleasant move to a new state for us has turned out to be a horrifying experience for us thanks to MOVING AGAIN.....
