At Marzano’s we work together as a team to ensure that patients and clients have the best experience possible from the initial enquiry to the final assessment. We have genuine empathy for our clients and patients and work collaboratively with Doctors and other health professionals to ensure that their treatment is the best available. If we believe that that patients require a referral to another service or professional during treatment, we will assist by working with these providers during the treatment process. We strictly employ a structured evidence based ethical approach to psychological assessment and counselling. We have an extensive knowledge of and integrate aspects of clinical, positive, sport and organisational psychology. We use this knowledge and experience to address mental health issues and increase happiness and well-being for children, adolescents and adults facing various issues in a variety of settings. Domenic is also one of less than 30 Australian Psychology Board endorsed Organisational Psychologists in WA. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in organisational culture, leadership and team development and currently works with a range of organisations, sports teams and individuals in athletic/sports settings. Domenic designs, implements and evaluates specific programs for various issues in various settings.
