Sometimes a little bit of extra help is all people need to continue living independently in their own homes and neighbourhoods. Help with transport, shopping or hanging out the washing may be all you need to maintain your lifestyle at home. As you get older, you may need more support. It’s your choice.
Our job is to help you work out what help you need and tailor a package of care to meet your needs. We are subsidised by government, so this means we can provide low cost home care assistance services to you. Jubilee Community Care has been providing friendly, flexible services – elderly home care assistance, home help, aged care services and veterans home care services – in Brisbane’s western suburbs since 1989.
