While modern medicine could only offer drugs and symptom relief at best I was slowing dying in hospital and weighed only 25kg. I had a choice to die in the care of western medicine or go home and die. Instead I choose to live and with the help of my mother she found a Naturopath/Chinese Medicine practitioner who was able to find the cause of my health condition and administer acupuncture, herbs and chi nei tsang to effect a cure and I returned to school within a few months in full health. I gradually returned to full growing height and weight over the coming year and vowed to study natural medicine when I graduated from high school.
