James Noble is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist with more than 50 years experience as a solicitor practising in family law. He is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association, the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Council of Australia and the Family Law section of the Law Council of Australia. James is also a Notary Public. James has also been instrumental in developing Collaborative Practice in Brisbane. He is a member of Queensland Collaborative Law whose members are at the forefront of developing this new approach in Family Law Brisbane.

Family law industry is full of clowns and used car dealers. But I have found Charles to be of the highest ethics and have a productive and compassionate approach to getting results. Instead of sitting around waiting, Charles was always onto the next step and it was like he could predict each outcome with certainty. Even though he says every matter can go differently I didn't feel it could go any other way. Want to deal with clowns properly? then try Charles.

I highly recommend James Noble and his legal firm James Noble Law for family law matters. I recently had James Noble help me. Due to my work I was calling way past the normal closing time of any other family law firm. They have 24/7 reception capable of escalating calls at all hours of the day. I was amazed but it made all the difference to me. They are transparent in terms of trust money, genuinely care and make effort and help in all areas including emotional support (sorry to bother you so late all the time). Thanks to James Noble Law.

I have been fortunate to have been represented by Charles Noble of James Noble Law firm. Charles Noble’s guidance throughout my long and often stressful court proceedings has been invaluable in our case. If there was a problem then it would get fixed without me needing to worry. For example, the courts lost some of our documents and Charles saved the day so we didn't need to reschedule another court appearance (which would have included barristers costs for another day plus the wasted day potentially)... I could go on but end of the day if you want a switched on team to back you up then call and talk to Charles

James and Charles Noble are a dynamic duo of dedicated Brisbane Family Lawyers - and their firm James Noble Law has helped me with a pretty messy situation... and without their help I don't know how I would have gone. Charles seemed to have no problem answering my emails and calls at all hours of the day and night (even at 11pm one time when I called to leave a voice mail he answered)... You just don't get this level of dedication from most firms. Use anyone else and you won't be getting the right outcome.
