J Square Yoga is a boutique yoga & pilates studio and a wellbeing centre offering massage, acupuncture and physiotherapy. We provides a range of yoga & pilates classes to everyone from pregnant mums to those seeking improved mental wellbeing through meditation. We are determined to bring yoga, pilates and our wellbeing services to the people need it the most this includes people with body limitations, who have injuries, chronic illnesses and those that suffer from stress or anxiety. We limit our class sizes which means every member can receive personalised and guided help and care from our highly qualified instructors.
