Colorbond® Fence – colorbond fence repairs. We replace damaged colorbond accessories, channel posts, infill sheets, panel rails, posts, sleepers.
Colorbond® Gates – removal and disposal of old wood gates. We supply & install new colorbond gate/hardwares. Benefits, very low maintenance.
Cracked Tiles – we replace cracked or damaged tiles with spares in shower, bathroom, kitchen, walls & floors. Applicable waterproofing applied.
Curtain Rods & Brackets – we install curtain rods, brackets you supply with our secure unique method on the wall or hanging from the ceiling.
Doors & Locks – supplied and retrofitted custom-made front & back, bedroom or sliding doors. Made to measure. Planed, painted, locks installed.
Door Frames – repaired or removed due to damage or aged. Measured, supplied and installed to building code. Door is secured to new frame.
Decks – we remove and replace your old decks, replace rotted joists underneath and remove, replace and supply deck slats.
Fascia Boards – removal and replacement of your rotted fascia boards. Measured, supplied, installed & painted. Lower edge of the roofline.
Fences – we supply and repair wood fence palings, panels, posts & seal holes. We also treat timber palings with products extending longevity.
Gap filling – architraves, ceilings, cornices, coving, floorboards, showers, skirting boards, staircases, tiles, trims, walls, window frames, windows sills.
Handrails – measured, supplied and installed for safety to Australian Standards. Brick, Gyprock® or tiled walls. We also install handrails you supply.
Hinges – we supply and replace damaged hinges on kitchen cabinets doors, vanities and cupboard doors. We also replace corner door hinges.
Louvres – measure, supply and installed powder coated aluminium sunscreen & louvre systems. Regulate light penetration, balconies and windows.
Metal Gates – supply and installation of metal gates and hardware. Removal and disposal of old gates. Side gates, entrance gates, front gates.
Non-loadbearing walls – measure and supply materials to build drywall/plasterboard wooden stud wall. Electrical/plumbing outlets & painting.
Painting – All holes are patched and walls sanded prepared for undercoating and painting. We paint internal or external to a house or buildings.
Paving – we pave small areas to front or backyard homes. Compact road base & bedding sand pavers laid as is or sand and cement specifically for pavers.
Pergolas – supply and installation of wooden pergolas. Posts in holes or secured to concrete. Wood beams for roofs, with polycarbonate tops.
Pet Doors – we install standard and electronic microchipped pet doors you supply on doors. For pet door to remain snug, a precision cutout is made.
Picture Mirror Hanging – precision drilled holes is done in your wall so pictures remain aligned, especially when several artworks is adjacent.
Plastering – we install dropped false ceilings, overhead bulkhead construction, interior & exterior plastering on walls, ceilings finished with painting.
Polycarbonate Roof Sheeting Replacement – we supply and install new polycarbonate sheeting on pergolas. We remove and discard your old ones.
Rangehoods – we remove your old rangehood and install a new rangehood you supply. to fit exisiting dimensions. We also replace like for like.
Regrouting – complete removal of mouldy grout in showers, bathroom walls and floors and kitchen areas. Colour specific grout applied with sealer.
Skirting Boards – we repair holes in skirting boards or supply and install new skirting boards before or after a new floor is installed.
Vanities – supply and installation of a new single or double vanities. We remove and discard old vanities and install new ones, includes plumbing.
Weather Strips – supply and installation of weather strips. Door frames, window frames & other areas. Minimise internal draft, save on bills.
Wi-Fi Smoke Detectors – supply and installation of Google Nest smoke alarms. One of the best on the market. We install smoke alarms you supply.
Window Locks – supply and install of window locks, timber and aluminium windows. Push locks, bolts locks, sliding locks, casement & other locks.
Wooden Gates – supply and installation of wooden gates and hardware. Remove & disposed of old gates. Side gates, entrance and front gates.
