A weight-neutral practice specialising in the treatment of eating disorders. Sometimes we work with clients who are sick of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, or are pre-occupied with their weight. Sometimes we support clients with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder or OSFED. Our dietitians work with people to improve their relationships with food, and ultimately to value themselves as more than just their body.

We want to change what it means to workout. Our fitness classes are one hour of dance-inspired aerobics classes that will make you forget you’re exercising. We don’t want to make it about weight. We invite all people who love music to start loving to move their bodies. We cater to all fitness levels, and all levels of dance ability. This is the kind of fitness class you can come to, and no matter what, you’re doing it right.

We work one-on-one with our clients in the treatment of eating disorders as well as those who are sick of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, or are pre-occupied with their weight. We also want to change what it means to workout.
