ibikesaustralia did a really poor job servicing my bike. For example, they charged me for replacing my brake cable, but didn't actually do the work. The manager, Don, refused to fix the problem and was rude about it (swore at me, kicked me out of the shop). I ended up taking him to VCAT and won the case. I'm now waiting for Don Taylor to pay his debt.
