GadgetCity was formed in 2000 to provide consumers with a large range of electronic products to meet todays fast paced technology market.
We have been serving customers for all their needs for the past 17 years, and are committed to continuing this service online and in store.
We originally come from consumer electronics and customer service backgrounds, working in businesses such as Tandy, Dicksmith and Betta electrical stores. Through running and managing such businesses, we have gained excellent experience in training these industries, and have hence moved forward to pass on this information and products to our customers.
We are a friendly and supportive business, passionate about what we do and constantly adding new products to our range of batteries, communications and associated products. We have a fully secure 256-bit encrypted ordering online system, fast courier service and postal delivery system.
Our motto is “if you are not happy, we are not. If you are happy then tell a friend.” We are 100% behind this as everything comes down to customer service and advice.
We also understand many customers either don’t like or are not used to using the internet for ordering, and this is why we have included phone orders.
