Solar panels capture sunlight as a direct current (DC) and send it to a solar inverter. Your solar inverter then converts it to alternating current (AC), which is used to power Australian homes and businesses. If you have a solar battery, you can turn to your stored solar power to stay solar-powered even when the sun isn’t shining.
Typical residential solar systems range from 6.6kW to 13kW in size. Commercial installations start from 15kW typically on three phase and upto 100kW.
