When I decided to build a house, I realized I wouldn't have time to go and solve all the paperwork on my own. It would have been cheaper, of course, but I would have needed time of from work, so it didn't made any sense. So I used google to find people specialized in these services (I had no idea initially how should they be called) and after a few failed searches I found the website of CBC with all the details I needed in order to gain trust and leave this job on their hands.
Luckily, it all worked perfectly fine. They did their part and I was able to continue with the project in my rhythm. I think many people don't know about this type of services and they lose a lot of time with such an annoying task (for us that are not specialists).
So I recommend CBC because it was useful and trustful.
