Changing Habits was founded by expert nutritionist Cyndi O’Meara in 1998. Since then, our team has been committed to offering comprehensive nutritional information and health programs, as well as sourcing ethical, nutritious foods to support these protocols.

We have developed three comprehensive health protocols - the 21 STEP RESET, HUNTER GATHERER PROTOCOL and 4 PHASE FAT ELIMINATION PROTOCOL – to provide people with easy-to-follow programs that will improve their health and change their lives.

We sell a range of ethically-sourced, specialty health foods and nutritional support including COCONUT OIL, EMMER WHEAT FLOUR, INCA INCHI OIL, DULSE FLAKES, RAPADURA SUGAR, CHIA SEEDS and SEAWEED SALT.

• HEALTHY RESOURCES
Changing Habits is a leading source of books, videos, podcasts, e-books, programs, protocols, reports and newsletters about health and nutrition. We are now also offering a 12-month, online nutrition course for those who are passionate about health and nutrition and want to study the area further.

• HEALTHY LIVING CLUB
