Just picked my car up a nissan navarra from these guys , its covered in mud the same way when i go of road in lake and mud crossings , mud all over vehicle and there was mud foot prints and mud on floor mats in passenger side .
I drop the car of clean . so very anoyed , went saw the apparent in charge older female that works there and asked for the manager and to complain, she said he wasnt there asked for a phone number to call him she said we dont give out tthe number to people like you , and i asked her to come have a look at the car she would not she was just trying to get me to accept the keys and go .
The vehicle looked like it had been taken on week end four wheel drive trip . I took a heap of photos as well. The trip back to bundy was 4 and half hours by road and the whole trip i had un balanced wheels as the steering now vibrates badly so obviously got more cost to get that looked at ,
these guys are cheap but you would only wan to park a car that was 20 years or older there , absolutly bullshit service and respect for my car.
I did noticed that the long term parking at airport was only 100 for 7 days so guess what in future i wont be going near these guys id rather pay little extra and park the car my self and know its not been taken for a joy ride by the staff
also their web site has no contact details to email any thing to to complain .
But im sure i will find 20 to 30 bloggs and review sites to vent my anger
