Our pizzas are a feast for the senses and ideal of any public event. Visually, the trailer mounted pizza ovens burn away at 400 degrees celsius glowing red as the pizzas bubble away; the smell of woodfired pizza and german dish, 'flammkuchen' gets the taste buds going. Woodfired Pizzas also taste fantastic. Served hot and with a variety of topping combinations available, pizzas are made fresh on site.
Licences/Permits/Certificates include: Food Business License, Liability Insurance up to $10m, Food Safety Supervisors Certificate and all staff are fully trained with certificates in Workplace Hygiene
